Rio Point is a brand-new community conveniently located in central Charlottesville at the intersection of John Warner Parkway and Rio Road East. With our community, you'll have spacious and modern apartments with easy access to a variety of great spots within Charlottesville.
We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We look forward to speaking with you about our wonderful community!

We have wonderful indoor and outdoor amenities. Within our clubhouse; you'll find a welcoming resident lounge with a beverage and snack station, a game space for billiards and shuffle board with friends, an expansive fitness center with weights and cardio equipment, and a secure package room. Outside on the grounds; you'll find a stunning resort style pool with gas grills on the deck, a large dog park for pets to explore, and an inviting green space to relax.

For standard service requests, they are addressed during business hours. For emergency maintenance requests (lack of AC or Heat depending on outside temperature, water leak, non-functional toilet in 1 bathroom apartment), we always have someone on-call. In addition, we do preventative maintenance for HVAC filter changes.
